Access to and use of the Website, as well as the purchase of products, imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the distance sale of beauty products, non-medical cosmetics, accessories and clothing items (hereinafter, the “Products”) through the Website.
2. Product Characteristics
All Products are described on their respective product pages. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting, colour settings or manufacturer updates.
3. Product Availability
The Customer acknowledges that Product availability may vary. In the event that an ordered Product is not available, Calm and Beauty will inform the Customer by email and offer either:

a full refund, or

replacement with a product of equivalent value.
4. Prices
The prices shown on the Website are expressed in Euro and include VAT, where applicable.
Any shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated during the order process.
5. Payment Methods
The Website accepts the following payment methods:

The Customer guarantees that they are the legitimate holder of the chosen payment method.

Average delivery times: 2-4 business days.
These times are indicative and may vary due to reasons beyond the Seller’s control (customs delays, third-party logistics, public holidays, etc.).
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the destination country.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
The consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to:

Conditions for Returns
The Product must be intact, unused and returned in its original packaging.
For hygienic reasons, beauty/personal care products cannot be returned if opened or used.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned Product, using the same payment method used for the original order.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect Product, the Customer must notify Calm and Beauty within 48 hours of delivery by writing to:

and attaching clear photographs showing the issue.
Calm and Beauty will provide either:

replacement of the Product, or

a full refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Calm and Beauty is not liable for:

improper use of the Products;

delays or service disruptions attributable to third parties (couriers, customs, etc.);

minor aesthetic differences between images and the Product delivered.
The beauty products sold are not medical devices and do not replace professional advice or medical treatment.
10. Customer Account
By registering on the Website, the Customer guarantees that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
The user is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
11. Minimum Age
Purchases are reserved exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the competent court is that of the Customer’s place of residence, if they qualify as a consumer; otherwise, the Court of Gorizia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Amendments to the Terms
Calm and Beauty reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be effective from the moment they are published on the Website.
